Natural turf or artificial grass laid on a properly prepared base, or a new run of closeboard, panel or composite fencing set firm in Cheshire clay. Quick to transform how a garden reads, and priced by area, access and ground preparation.
Patios & paving
from around £5,000
A porcelain, natural-stone or Indian-sandstone terrace laid to falls on a proper sub-base with edges cut clean. Cost is driven mainly by the stone you choose and how much groundwork the base needs underneath.
Walling & structures
from around £4,000
Retaining walls, feature garden walls, decking, pergolas and timber structures — priced by size, materials and how much the ground and levels need engineering before we build.
Full garden design & build
from around £15,000
Design, groundworks, paving, walling, planting and lawn rebuilt as one scheme — really several jobs in one. The widest range; we break the quote down clearly so you can see where the money goes and phase it if you'd like.
What moves the price
- The size of the garden and how much of it we're changing.
- Ground conditions — levels, slope, drainage and what's underneath the surface.
- The materials you choose, especially the paving, stone or timber finish.
- Access to the site for machinery and for taking waste away.
